Application: Fix your thoughts on Jesus continually. Hebrews 3:1

1. Jesus is greater in His person. Hebrews 3:1-2
   1. Jesus is our Apostle: Represented God to men.
   2. Jesus is our High Priest: Now represents men to God.

Application: Honor leadership appropriately, but recognize all leadership comes from Jesus and He gets the ultimate honor. Heb. 3:3

1. Jesus is greater in His ministry: Hebrews 3:3-5
   1. God’s House:
      1. Moses was a servant in the house, Jesus is a Son over the house.
      2. Moses was a member of the household, Jesus built the house.
   2. Jesus was a minister of the New Covenant:
      1. Moses ministered to Israel under the Old Covenant
      2. Jesus ministers to His church under the New Covenant
   3. Prophecy:
      1. Moses spoke about things to come, Jesus brought the fulfillment of these things.
      2. Moses ministered in the shadows, Jesus brought the full and final light of the Gospel. Heb 8:5, 10:1

Application: Keep your courage and confidence in your hope in Christ, He’s got you! Hebrews 3:6

MISSION TRIPS 2025: Final cut offs to sign up for Los Angeles Dream center and the youth trip to Alabama will be February 15. Currently we have 11 people signed up for Los Angeles and 14 for the youth trip. The Cuba trip we have some more time to sign up, but we only have four people so far and we need a minimum of 10. See Deric to sign up today.
