2. ROUTINE: sleep, meals, family, chores, exercise 91 hrs
3. VEGETATION: Soc media, YouTube, gaming, TV 24 hrs
4. SHARPENING: Learning, improving, Devo, Church 3 hrs

Total: 168 Hours

Characteristics of Sharpening: Ecclesiastes 10:10

1. You have to stop your normal work to sharpen.
2. Sharpening makes sparks; it can be uncomfortable.
3. It’s always easier to do the normal; it must be intentional.
