Part 20: Whose Are You? The Road to Jerusalem

Message

1. Recognize Jesus’ authority.

a. Jesus’ authority surpasses human
judgment.
Luke 20:1-4

b. Sincerity seeks Truth, not protection of
position.
Lk 20:5-8

KEY: Who has the right to rule?

2. Reflect on your stewardship.

a. Recognize your role as a steward, not an
owner.
Lk 20:9-14

b. Respond faithfully to God’s messengers
and calls.
Lk 20:15-19

KEY: Never confuse God’s patience with the
surrender of His ownership.

3. Learn to live in two worlds.

a. Recognize the danger of hypocritical
religion.
Lk 20:20-24

b. Give Caesar what bears his image and
give to God what bears His image.
Lk
20:25-26

KEY: Whose image ultimately defines who you
are?
